Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. wowpkr reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where market integrity concerns arise or where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being published.
A bet shall be declared void where: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the market is suspended prior to the event commencing; incorrect odds were published due to human or technical error; or evidence of match manipulation is established. Void bets are returned to the Player's account as cash.
In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected events. In-play odds are updated in real time and bets are accepted subject to market suspension during key moments. wowpkr accepts no liability for delays in live score data that may affect in-play market availability.
PSL and international cricket betting markets are subject to the ICC and PCB match playing conditions. wowpkr's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made to your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your wowpkr account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
wowpkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: these Terms have been breached; the account is subject to a regulatory investigation; fraudulent or prohibited activity is detected; or the account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in our dormant account policy.
